>>>Hi,
>>>
>>>I have an Outlook type file where I save some messages from my current Outlook main pst file. This file reached its limit (when I try to move a message from the main Outlook to this file I get the message). So I need to "archive" some of the records (e.g. all emails prior to, say 2005). When I right-mouse click on this file and select Data File Properties I don't see an option to Archive or copy some emails. Where do I find this option? TIA.

This is very helpful. One thing I am not clear though. When I go to Archive window and then select (by way of using Browse) the file to archive (e.g. D:\MyFolder\MyCustomerEmails.pst) and then I set the date to archive (e.g. archive items older than 1/1/205) I understand that all emails older than the set date will be removed from MyCustomerEmails.pst. But where would they go?
