I gave this modification to my DECLARE statement but it did not do the trick. Could it be the following line of code?

SET LIBRARY TO FOXTOOLS.FLL ADDITIVE

Could it be something as simple as the FOXTOOLS.FLL being damaged? Is a modification that can be made to this line?
