Hi Doug,
Well, we do have multiple developers using the same VSS database, but even when no one else has VFP or VSS open, it still is s-l-o-w opening projects. We've done SP 1 as well, to no avail.
Our VSS database is on a Novell server, and I'm really afraid that that's what the problem is, which is why I was wondering where others have their VSS database.
Do you 'share' any files in your projects?

They could both just be opening their project, and it would bog down and take a minute or so to open the project. We have only had a problem with VSS being slow in that situation.
