LOL.

But why am I laughing? Just yesterday I was on the phone with my favorite neighborhood bank, Chase. First I had an American guy who was fine and easy to understand. Unfortunately he had to transfer me at the end to a woman who sounded Indian, although she didn't say that, in the hilariously named Customer Care department. I really had to concentrate to understand what she was saying. Sure, from the corporate POV the benefits of outsourcing overseas are clear. But there is also some "cost" in terms of customer satisfaction.

For the record I have nothing against Indians. It's just sometimes hard to understand their English.
