This user did have a minor crash of some sort happen. Where can they get a good copy of the Windows dlls?

I must have jinxed this error since I had another user get the same 'API library not found'. They troubleshot it to occur after they installed Adobe. Once they uninstalled Adobe they were able to get back into my VFP application.

Windows sure does add a complexity to systems!
