I realize that the install-restrictions are for WinRT only.
But I thought that Windows Enterprise Versions could load for their own staff directly,
circumventing Wiindows store for possibly sensitive data/programs.
And the possibility to allow WinRT to install if the device is plugged in via cable via debugger was in the news about 3 weeks ago.
