How about User Group meetings: are you near any that get big-name speakers (rgreen himself, maybe?) who might be able to pass on your wishes? DevCon in June would be a good place to catch the people who could do something about it....
BY DevCon in June, I am sure there Scope is well seteled. I know this is the first thing that we do.
We put togther a list of all the things that the users have requested, then we ask support, sales, and services. Then, we all get in a room and decided what we can do in the alloted time, with the alloted resources.
The questions usually asked are...
1. What will keep the current users from leaving. (Hey they pay ALOT per year for support and maintenance)
2. What will give us bang for the buck sales. Sometimes this is something just to say we have it, even though no users really care or will use it.

Does MS ask question number 1?
