Of course I gave you a nearly untranslatable elided phrase. Literally, "has not on what". Full phrase would be "has nothing on what to thank me" (impersonal "has not" is taken as "there's no", and where we say "on what", you'd say "for what", so it's actually "there's nothing to thank me for"), if anybody would be so verbose.
