The whole cholesterol hype seems to have been some kind of a hoax (or just a thing taken with insufficient evidence) - how can something that your body produces be bad or cause other diseases? Unless it's only a symptom of something else, that they still haven't found.

A couple? We just bought a 10-pack (not sold by dozen here anymore) of extra large hen eggs, all stereo (two yolks), and wife and I shared an omelet of just three eggs for lunch, and could barely eat all that. And the goose eggs I know are about twice as large by volume. Who can eat a couple of goose eggs? Must be one of those Americans I remember whom it's easier to jump over than walk around.

We plan to start with chickens this year. Easier than to keep trimming the weeds all the time.
