God reveals Himself to people through the Bible. The words that are there are not like written words of a story invented by man. They are God's words written down through His Holy Spirit, through men, and the words themselves are Spirit and move on the inside of a man, in his inmost places, in a way that the man can recognize and know -- because we are the work of God and He has not left us abandoned.

Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.

If you want to know the truth, if you want to know God, begin by asking Him for help. Begin by believing He will answer you, and by reading His Bible. He will answer you ... if you want to know Him, if you want to know the truth. This is true for all men.
