Agile is not necessarily scrum indeed. Other agile models (from the website): Extreme Programming, DSDM, Adaptive Software Development, Crystal, Feature-Driven Development, Pragmatic Programming.

So, let's focus on Agile. Do you adhere to Agile? And since when?
