I'll gonna read some more about kanban (in wikipedia) tonight. Interesting.

>In the broad sense, Scrum won the Agile battle. It's more widely adopted than any other Agile process. By a big margin.
>
>We're doing Kanban, which lends itself well to a chaotic environment. Scrum won't work here because priorities change constantly. Scrum works well when you can have a dedicated team.
>
>One important thing.. Agile will not help you write better code. Agile is a project management methodology.
>
>>Agile is not necessarily scrum indeed. Other agile models (from the website): Extreme Programming, DSDM, Adaptive Software Development, Crystal, Feature-Driven Development, Pragmatic Programming.
>>
>>So, let's focus on Agile. Do you adhere to Agile? And since when?
