But they can't say it's YOU and not someone sitting at your computer. But the big plus is that Microsoft doesn't collect personal information to target market to you. All they know is that SOMEONE at your IP address looked at a particular web page. That's where Google goes wrong.
>Timestamp + IP number + correlation with other activity, identity can be found or at least bound to an imaginary person. If need be, these can be put together with other data.
