> There is a way to make a reference to a product. It is always good to know about possibilities out there on resolving or enhancing specific issues we have to deal with on a regular basis. It just must not look or give the impression that this is a spam. Such individual posting such content should also be aware that we have a News section for that purpose. So, a simple reference would have sufficed in the message, with technical references if applicable, but all the rest about the promotion and pricing, would fit better in the News section.

> Not all, I tagged everyone in the thread on that one and it just happened that your message was the one in front of me when I replied. FoxInCloud is usually posting their announcements in the News section. But, as everyone, they are welcome to participate in the support area. We're just trying to encourage owner of products to respect that fine line between offering support which may or not include reference to their product and a post in the News section.

Dear Michel,

I very much appreciate both your answers, you do know what freedom of speech and entrepreneurial freedom mean.

I initially thought my avatar (Abaque Zenbuyer FoxInCloud) and my signature (including the brand name and a link to our web site) would be clear enough ... obviously not, I'll do my best in the future to mention it in the body of my posts.

Regarding News ... We'll soon announce release of FoxInCloud Application Server version 1.30 - that'll be on the UT first!

If you don't mind, I'll get back to you by PM soon.

I wish all you a nice day.
