Thank you very much James. I thought (from all the previous articles I saw) that WordPress must have MySql and PHP. But from the header of the article in URL (will read a little later) I may not need the MySql at all.
>I have never installed XAMPP before but there is no reason why you can't run WordPress on IIS. You just need to install Fastcgi on IIS. Here is an option.
