Fully agreed in general - but probably only because AFAIK there is no way to set ***only*** for the actual browser instance. ***If*** such handling were possible, setting to 100% as starting level and some blurb with button or cbo to easily change back to machine default setting had less of a bad taste, if there are reasons like the ones enumerated by Michel.
