I agree, you've offered a lot of customization options. I can tell you that if you were in the US and forcing to 100%, you would never be able to sell into a government agency because of that as it would violate the Americans with Disabilities Act. I have no idea what the laws are in Canada.

Yes, the browser offers a zoom functionality. But, in order for advanced application Web sites to be fully supported and react to that requires a lot of work. We tend to rely on the most important things, such as the font, the main content and so on. But, having large fonts in the toolbar, dashboard and the right pane causes some very difficult alignments to control. I do however have to notice that this site offers much more than the average site as far as customized user settings.
