It's like if you open several instances of IE, depending on your Windows configuration, for the task bar, you might have them grouped or not. If they are grouped, you'll have more items in your task bar. And, usually, we have the title next to it. I see in your last image that some titles are there but most do not have one. I was curious because you mentioned this is a Web app. As it opens so many browser windows, I was looking to see how it looks in your task bar. Because, those seems like browser windows and not DIV on top of the actual containers.
