How is that on the fly? When I expand a thread I adjust the size of the upper and lower pane. Why is this such a big issue? On the fly is the standard UI on all websites I visit.

That alone makes the site less user friendly to the point that the extra usage difficulty keeps me from a paying subscription.

p.s. bring back the good old days of offline threaded readers that really did the job right, like tapcis.
