ACK for weed - but only if some way to objectively define fitness for driving can be established. I have done my stupid deeds DUI with gov taxed stuff when growing up and was lucky not to cause an accident, but THC sneaking up on you relatively long after consuming when activation levels switch IMO could be even more dangerous.
