Actually, I commented that this never worked in Firefox in the previous version at all. I had hoped that with the new version that would be fixed; instead the functionality has been removed.

I understand your frustration with crazy complaints, and I agree UT is more thean messages - I was just using the old TapCis as an example of one program that made lif easier that has no modern windows equivalent.

However I would take issue with one thing philisophically - never ever remove features from software. New versions of software that deprecate features the developers decided were no longer relevant or practical end up with 2 problems -- customer dissatisfaction for users of that feature, and reluctance to upgrade to a new version if features are removed.

If you look deep enough into some of our software you will see things like an export screen that, besides all the modern formats for export, still has options for things like Wordperfect. It would have been easier to remove that feature, but somewhere somebody might be using it.

Programs like Office often have that problem - deprecating features just means users will not upgrade or not upgrade as fast. And it is VERY annoying as a user to get a new version of something with features missing that one depends on.

None of that is meant in any way to detract from the great job and effort you have put into producing the UT, an excellent tool. I hope it also makes you some money.
