Yeah, the art of semi-logic.

My (wife's) guess is it's the combination of stress, sugar (fructose included) in just about everything, lots of processed food (stripped of anything worth eating but bare starch, sugar and fats), and few dozen different poisons which can't even be proven to be harmful on their own (because there's nobody to pay for the research and in some cases you just aren't allowed to do the research, they speak softly and carry concealed expensive lawyers) but may do who knows what harm combined... there you go.
