I am not following this thread at all, this happened to be the opening message and I wanted to make a comment about it. I have a dual monitor setup and Windows 7 64 and the latest office and then when I try to close an office document (either spreadsheet, word document or even visio document) the stupid modal dialog asking me if I want to save goes behind the application window, so, before you can figure it out what happens you can only hear windows complaining thru the speakers. It took me a while to figure out what was wrong. Now every time I close an office document I am careful to put the application window between the two monitors so the dialog (actually often is only a portion of the dialog) appears somewhere and I can click save or the other buttons, very annoying....
