I have a dual monitor setup and Windows 7 64 and the latest office and then when I try to close an office document (either spreadsheet, word document or even visio document) the stupid modal dialog asking me if I want to save goes behind the application window, so, before you can figure it out what happens you can only hear windows complaining thru the speakers. It took me a while to figure out what was wrong. Now every time I close an office document I am careful to put the application window between the two monitors so the dialog (actually often is only a portion of the dialog) appears somewhere and I can click save or the other buttons, very annoying....

I also have dual monitors (don't know how I could live without it anymore). Sometimes message boxes show up in unexpected places, like straddling the two monitors. Maybe you're onto something, that this might happen depending what other windows are open. Gregorio, are you using dual monitors?
