I think this is also your personal viewpoint on what is Christianity about, but it is not easy to defend since it does not coincide with the basic philosophy we have learned. The Bible says, thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.
If you labour you get a reward, that is the incentive for the person to do the work. If you don't get the reward you get a model like in Cuba, where everybody is a doctor, no one wants to work, nobody has money, except the elite who makes all the decisions. A perfect model for disaster and not Christian at all.
