The content the speakers deliver at SWFox isn't owned by SWFox - it's still owned by the speakers. They are free to do with it what they want, including release it for free (which a number of speakers have done, (ex. Tamar Granor, Rick Borup, etc.) The only thing the conference asks is that they wait 3 months until after the conference. Honestly, that's the way it should be.
