Being suitable for publication on Wikipedia is one of their parameters for eligibility, and they determined that this piece is not eligible. Don't take it personally - they're saying it's not objective and doesn't belong in TechNet Articles. The commentator even states that he tried to make it more objective so it could comply, but failed- because there were no specifics. Which is true. So they've left it there long enough so you can capture the content to re-use in a blog or other opinion forum. Not a bad response, and definitely not directed at you AFAICS.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
