Yes. It's actually an ironic condition that exists here. Either any efforts made to create UnDeFox do not violate laws, because they employ nothing beyond that which would've been required to create DeFox in the first place ... or they do. And if they do, it means DeFox is also subject to the same legality as would be UnDeFox, thereby undoing it. Or not, which means UnDeFox could exist alongside DeFox.

In either case, DeFox would be undone if it went to court, or didn't.
