I don't know what caused the falling out between you and John and don't need to. All I can say is I met him twice at conferences where he was speaking and found him perfectly charming in person. I am a firm believer that all rifts can be patched up.

We talk a few times a month. In some ways we are very different and in others we are too much alike. Not a value statement, just the way it is.
