Well, first, I can't afford to buy a framework. I can't even get them to buy a help authoring program. Second, I don't like having a lot of someone else's code in my program. I want to know what everything in there does.
Maybe if I go independent I might get one. But it's not really worth it to me to invest in and learn a framework for one app.
