Only indirectly AFAIK; you have to run through the registry to locate the device under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Enum\SERENUM to locate the device, grab it's ClassGUID registry value, and then go back and search HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT for the ClassGUID entry to locate the hardware settings.
