No more books from (pick your favorite author)? As sloganeering term limits has an initial feel-good appeal but we would quickly run into the law of unintended consequences.

I think we'd solve our current problems much more effectively by taking redistricting out of political hands, so that far more Congressional districts were competitive. That would give extremists (on both sides of the aisle) much less power.
