Available information was that 4 bids were received. If you have more info (not including obviously partisan slaps) to justify alternative interpretations I'll be happy to read it.

AFAIK Michelle Obama is married to Barack and vice versa. If somebody they knew married somebody else they knew who does business with government, lets not revert to McCarthyism. Where's the beef. Also I agree that 1%ers tend to congregate and marry together, but that's been true since the British were in charge. Washington and Jefferson knew all sorts of people doing business with government but nobody ever held that against them.
