Clinton lied under oath, tampered with witnesses by instructing them to lie (obstruction of justice) and abused his power to hide the affair.

Sad that someone as intelligent and accomplished as he is will be known for very judgment and then lying about it. There was a very simple solution - he could have just told the truth, and saved the country a ton of unnecessary static.
