So I just type "fieldlist" in an empty line, and I get a full list of fields. I only need to add Select before, and From... Into... where... after it.

Tried that, but it brings up the old edit dialog, which is kind of useless if I have a table with 180 fields... And even if I select only the memos it still shows all the fields there... OK, it does when I check "hide unselected fields". I could get used to that... thinking of a proper hotkey, perhaps alt+b is free...
