So I just type "fieldlist" in an empty line, and I get a full list of fields. I only need to add Select before, and From... Into... where... after it.

OK, it does when I check "hide unselected fields". I could get used to that... thinking of a proper hotkey, perhaps alt+b is free...

If you only want to look into the data, you can use just hover your mouse over the memo fields.

If you are only interested in the memo fields, you can click twice on the "Type" header in the left grid, to sort on field length descending. Then click "Unselect all" and click the fields you want. SuperBrowse has a lot of features, not all are easily spotted until you have used it a few times.

You can read more about SuperBrowse's features here: https://vfpx.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Thor%20Super%20Browse
