Guess what. We agree. I don't think a 6-year-old can ever form the intention that would lead to sexual harassment. If the recipient of the kiss had found it unwelcome (especially if not the first incident), a minor punishment ("sit in the corner" level) might have been appropriate.

From what I heard on the radio, the mother here is also an idiot. She referred to the two 6-year-olds as "boyfriend and girlfriend."
