If anyone feels the need to email me in the imminent future, please use mbeane2001@yahoo.com. The regular email which I have used for probably 10 years has gone sideways and I am using the Yahoo address as a backup.

I have no idea what happened with the inbox.com address. On Friday they started hitting me with rejections of both inbound and outbound messages. "Your account is blocked. Reason: violation of site rules." I don't know what site rules I violated. AFAIK all I was doing was sending and receiving emails, same as always. As Emily has said from about the age of 3, it's really irritating.

The really irritating part is it makes me feel dirty, like I did something shameful. I would love to tell inbox.com exactly what they can do with my membership. The only problem is everyone I know on the planet has the mbeane@inbox.com address for me. Friends, family, businesses, prospective customers. Even amazon.com and the library! ;-) There, at least I made myself smile.

The most maddening part is I have been unable to contact an actual human being there. The Contact section on their web site scrupulously avoids phone numbers. I was in an email conversation with a customer service rep / bot and could not get a phone number for anyone. "We are sorry for the interruption in service you have experienced." The rep probably knows more about cricket than customer service, if you know what I'm saying. This is turning me into mini-Dragan.
