I was actually about to post that. The letter talked about Wildstein's legal fees w/respect to the Port Authority.
The NYT had to dial it back a notch....their online version initially reported this as "they have the evidence", and then stated later that "evidence exists".
None of this makes Christie innocent - I still find it hard to believe a governor would not know about the lane closures until after they were open.
