'Neither' ? C'mon Dragan - you can only use 'neither' when there are only two alternatives :-)

>"Audit of order changes" would be my preference. The "of" is, I guess, early enough to dispell the possibility that the reader may take "audit" as a verb. If you line up four nouns and assume that the reader will automatically use each in the same way as you intended (which noun will act as a verb or an adjective, and if the latter, in which order will they apply), you may expect surprises.
