I think the problem in this country is the reverse - the entitlement viewpoint that our own government perpetuates via the marketing/expansion of public assistance. This started long before our current president took office.
Regarding the rich, my biggest issue with them is when they run to the govt to seek special protections. "Crony capitalism" does more to discredit the concept of economic freedom than anything else.
