first gut reaction here would be that teen preg rates would be different for some parts of the population PC described by ethnicity and poverty probably a factor also correlated with such population parts. There is a marked difference in # of offspring and typical year of start - which of course is at keast in part linked to job opportunities being availabale or hard to reach.
