*ASSUMING* that you are talking VFP 5 or later, why does RAM consumption for a form really bother you?

RAM is cheap now, if that is the reason. EXE size should not really be an issue, since its overhead would be faced once, at startup only.

I am trying to say that there is a very good chance that you are worrying about the wrong thing and, if worry is your bag, you should probably find something else to worry about.
