It's fattening. But that would have been hard to fit into an ad.

I wasn't looking for a way to drop this in but I received some medical news on Friday. I have type 2 diabetes. This is not a death warrant, although it can lead to all kinds of medical complications. If you follow the regimen it is actually healthy. No sugar, little fat. All the vegetables you like and some fruits.

My doc is all business but she does have a humorous side. I fake complained about not being able to eat bananas, which are elementary to what I have been eating. You can probably get away with one small banana a day, she said.
