I would not have problem at all. Most of the times we do lamb BBQ (called 'Souvla' ) I am full before before meat is even ready.
(Smoke in this case comes with few goodies attached ;-) )
If you ever come to CY pass by; My Greek friends will 'baptize' you into right BBQ religion. Just don't get to radical
about it afterwards. :-))
