I thought I was eating healthier with lots of fruits and vegetables. Fruits are pretty much out now. Veggies are OK. One unpleasant surprise was pasta is horrible for diabetics. I guess if I eat like a chipmunk I'll be OK.

You certainly don't have to eat like a chipmunk.
