Actually, I think that this one is more significant.
The same majority took one more step in a carefully orchestrated process of gradually rolling back decades of hard-earned progress by labor unions.
Ironically, Judge Sam, who wrote the majority opinion, is a Hamilton, NJ product whose parents put him through Princeton and Yale law school using funds they earned as members of strong unions.
His mother, who recently passed away, spent most of her life as a teacher and principal in the Hamilton School system.
The NFT is one of the unions taking a hit in this opinion.
Sam and his pals like to rant against judicial activism. If this isn't legislating from the bench then I don't what that is.

It's opinions like that that virtually make it impossible for me to vote for a repub for president no matter how bad the dem candidates might be. That's too bad, because the dems have put forward some real stiffs.
Any more appointments like Sam, Roberts, Nino or Clarence would put the country back in the dark ages, if they haven't done that already.
