57% premium increase
Double the co-pay if we want to continue with our same doctor.
Reduction in many benefits from 80% to 50%
"Designated Network" vs "Network" - NOT Defined anywhere what the difference is, but one pays a lot worse.

On the plus side:
Pediatric Vision Services: Eyeglass Lenses 100% after you pay a $25 copay. (With various limitations and I am sure a hideous selection)
That is a big help for our daughter that does not need glasses..
