Keep an open mind. I really like Southwest, especially out of the Milwaukee airport. I don't know when it was that you and Andy had your bad experience but the boarding for me was easy. You are assigned a group number and the groups board in an orderly manner. There is something about being treated like respectful adults that makes us act like respectful adults.

Trust me for once. (I'm an alcoholic, not an idiot). On your flight in October, ask for an announcement before disembarkment that we have a passenger who just had hip surgery so please wait until she gets off the plane. You will be pleasantly surprised. You don't have to pay who knows how many extra dollars for a primo seat. Have faith, young lady!
