Keep an open mind. I really like Southwest, especially out of the Milwaukee airport. I don't know when it was that you and Andy had your bad experience but the boarding for me was easy. You are assigned a group number and the groups board in an orderly manner. There is something about being treated like respectful adults that makes us act like respectful adults.
We flew out of LA and as soon as the group number was announced, everyone tried to rush onto the plane to be sure they got some space in the overhead bins. Like I said, rugby scrum.
You don't have to pay who knows how many extra dollars for a primo seat.
Doesn't matter - it's already been paid.
